Taking the attached recipe and putting it into BeerSmith2

Hi,

I am new to BeerSmith and am REALLY struggling taking the attached recipe from Austin Home Brew Supply and correctly getting it into BeerSmith2.  The OG/SG cant be changed and therefore the ABV is way off.  Can anyone tell me the best way to convert this recipe from the attached PDF and get it into BeerSmith2.  AHS doesn't provide the BSM or BSMX files for import so I have to enter from scratch.

The other critical piece when entering a recipe like this is to make sure you have an accurate equipment profile entered for your recipe as well as the right recipe type selected.  Usually big differences are driven by one of these.

  You can edit the equipment profile (or create your own) pretty easily.  There are some videos on it here:
