Hey, I'm Chris from Oregon

I have been brewing beer for almost a year now. 
I like to make porters and stouts. 
All of my brews have been partials so far but, looking to all grain in the near future.
When my friends ask me if my beer is good, I tell them "it's kind of like your own child is better looking than
someone else's" point of view.

That's exactly how I feel.  I think my cooking is pretty good too.
