Greetings all, I have been brewing now for 4 years all grain for 3. This summer the family and I made the jump into a house with a 100+ year old carriage house. I need not say what that carriage house is slowing becoming ;D I still have a long way to go, but am enjoying this project. I brew on a home make 2 tier system with electronic mash control, I will post pics. soon. Hope to meet some home brewers from my local area.
