Can anyone tell me how long I can store a yeast starter in the fridge? Brew day came and I had to cancel (house hold problem do to weather) I have my starter in the fridge sealed in a 2000ml flask Wyeast american ale 2, It might be up to a week before I can brew will my starter still be safe to use?

So two weeks?  Probably, but you could decant the old wort and re-do it as a starter just to keep it fresh.

Start it tomorrow, it should finish late Wednesday, pop it back in fridge until brew day?
