Cloud support question

Does the cloud support in BS2 automatically save any changes to a recipe or must the user reissue the "Copy to Cloud Folder" command each time the user changes the recipe?
 
If you perform the edit from your cloud folder in BeerSmith, the changes will be saved to the cloud when you save or press OK on that recipe after editing.

How do I get the cloud folder to appear in the application?  I have signed into my cloud account but I don't see anything on the far left under "My Recipes" that says its apart of the cloud.
