Recipe Organizer

I have a collection of beer recipes, mostly on paper. What I would like is to have some type of recipe organizer program that I could install on my computer that would allow me to enter the recipe by name or style and the ingredients,  then have the ability to look it up at some later date. A program like what is used on beer recipe web sites. Has anyone ever found such a program ? I've looked online but only found food type recipe organizers. Remember " cheap is good, free is better ".
