New window view for folders?

Can't figure out how to do this.  I want to open several of my recipe view folders at the same wime into seperate windows.  Can anyone help me?

You can hold down the Shift key + double click a recipe/folder and it will open in a new window... I know it is not exactly what you asked but thought it might help.
 
Thanks, it is actually only Shift-Single-Click.  I wish there was an entry on the context menu and/or the view or window menu.
 
Why looking around for something else I also noticed that you can change folders to open in a new window by default in the Option → Look and Feel in the section for Options for Opening New Views and Windows
