Beers & Cheers from SE PA Dutch area!
« on: February 20, 2013, 07:45:58 PM »
Hi!

I am returning to the home brewing scene after a hiatus of 10 years and looking forward to brewing up my first batch of Dunkelweizen soon!

I stopped brewing after I moved into my new home and found the well water was pretty crappy tasting (tastes very metallic). So, after all these years, I really want to brew again and will brew with bottled water. I'm going to do a few small batches (2.5 gal) to get my feet wet and really want to move into all-grain brewing eventually.

Looking forward to sharing my success and failures with all of you as I move back into this tasty hobby!

Mike

NW Philly Burb noob here.

Welcome! Can't believe I'm the first to welcome you here since you posted this two weeks ago! I'm local and just getting into the whole thing. I'm right on the border of chesterco/delco here in Wayne. Good to see a local guy.
