Hybrid Pitch Rate

In the Tools:Options:Yeast Starter page there is a field called "Hybrid Pitch Rate".  I'm brewing a high OG beer and want to use this pitch rate for my starter.  But I can't figure out how to use it.  I assume there would be an option on the Starter tab or on the specific yeast ingredient page.  Where is this option?

Hi,
  The pitch rate is actually selected based on the type of yeast you use.  If you use a lager yeast, it will use the lager pitch rate (ale for ale, and Wheat yeast actually forces the hybrid rate to be used).

  You can force it to use the hybrid rate by changing the yeast type to wheat - which actually won't change anything else.
