I would like to see hop oils for dry hopping and hop extracts for bittering included among plugs, pellets, and whole leaf hops. Hop Tech <http://www.hoptech.com/collections/hop-oils-extracts> out of California has started offering some pretty nice aroma hops. Also, recipes like Lagunitas Hop Stoopid include hop extract for bittering. Not sure a lot of folks are using the oils and extracts, but would be nice to have as a category of hops.

Agreed. This would be helpful. Many brewers are using hop extract nowadays for hop forward beers. Hop oils are much more popular in the U.K. (and have been for many years) than they are in the U.S., but I would imagine they will grow in popularity here in the U.S. in the near future as more commercial breweries begin to use them to supplement their aroma oil content.
