looking for 2 recipes

L

leon

greetings from my corner of the frozen
Eastern wilderness @1140 feet above
mean sea level.

I  am new here so if I stumble please bear with me.

I am looking for 2 recipes for Hamm's beer and Falstaff beer,
I have not seen them on the market  so I am assuming they are gone :^(
I am new to brewing and I make a lot of wine. Any help would be appreciated.

if memory serves me correctly those are two examples of American Lager.  This is an extremely difficult style to brew because any flaws will be evident, and the need to lager.  Do you have a tempetature controled fridge/freezer to ferment in?  Also because of the color and cereal mash you would have to brew all-grain.
Are you ready for this?

Hello fred,

thank you for the quick reply.
I have a spare fridge and I could do it,
my only problem is that I will need more pots etc

Don't forget the external thermostat for the fridge/freezer.
