Professional and Noncredit Education at Oregon State University has just opened registration for a series of brewing science courses we've designed for professionals. We're excited to be partnering with Deschutes Brewery as well as Widmer Brothers Brewing for our sensory testing courses. Along with the sensory testing courses, we offer brewing analyses courses to further education for brewers. Oregon State University has one of two fermentation science programs in the country, and we look forward to sharing our quality education and modern technology with professionals. These courses will be offered in Oregon (Portland, Bend, Corvallis) this summer.
