Hello, MS here checking in from Japan. I am new to the hobby, learning at my own pace and having fun. I started with a couple HME kits and liked the results. I would like to try brewing all-grain sometime, but I am content using kits for the moment.

Nothing wrong with the kits, most of us started with Mr. Beer (all extract), or kits, and some stay with them for quite a while and some never jump to all grain.....just personal preference, time, money, space.....all those things. Enjoy, and read away....
