Brewer
Hello All,
I am new to the beersmith forums...i have been brewing partial mash with a buddy for a few years and have been doing all-grain with another buddy for a few batches as well.
We just built my new all-grain gravity system, and i just ran a tester brew through it (english brown) After one more brew, (a porter) i will be pretty confident with the strike water calibrations and stuff...everything else is running smoothly!
I also make mead, and have SEVERAL 1/2 and 1gal growlers fermenting along
I bartend at a local gastropub in C-bus, and we have aspirations of brewing commercially withing the year...wouldn't that be awesome!!
I look forward to sharing more brewing details down the road!
In Bottle: Russian Imp Stout
Red Wheat IIPA
Kolsch
Aging in bottle: Clover Mead
Fig Raisin Melomel
Fermenting in Primary: Northern English Brown
Fermenting in Secondary: SEVERAL Meads including a killer braggot, a sack mead, some metheglins, and a blueberry melomel
On Deck: Porter
