New brewer

hi guys I made my first brew which was a coopers lager green lid I brewed it for 2 weeks in fv then bottled and has now conditioned for8 days. Last night I started a Canadian blonde with 1 kg brew enhancer and 500grams light dried malt extract been nearly 24 hours first signs of activity. Already thinking next brew, either dark ale or coopers sparkling ale with brew enhancer and 1kg dried malt extract. What does anyone think about these options
