Anyone brew a braggot and dry-hop it?...My tester 1-gallon batch is clarifying so nicely in the secondary (i used notty-yeast and deliberately fermented at a higher temp to get all the big esters)...its comming out to a gorgeous colour and a big Belgiany flavor...cant wait to age it and crack open a bottle!
My so-called-delima is that i know i will be aging it for a while and not sure if i even wanna bother with the dry-hop since I doubt i will really be able to percieve the flavor or the nose since it is so yeasty and the honey is so present.
it has been bittered with Saaz hops and the plan was to use Saphir in the secondary for dry-hopping.
Any thoughts?
