Hey all! I have been brewing for a little over a year. I had to take a 4 month hiatus as I moved and hadnt had a chance to set up shop. Now I am getting back to brewing (just brewed a batch Saturday). Im hoping to learn alot. I got the Beersmith2 software and find it truly exceptional and easy to understand for someone who isnt familiar with all the technical stuff yet. I am looking forward to learning alot and creating some awesome brews soon. I live in the Greater Houston, TX area. Anyone around who wants to brew, let me know.
