It would be extremely useful if we could specify if a fermentable is actually part of the mash. The software assumes all fermentables, even malt extracts, are in the mash, thus throwing off the mash efficiency calculations. I just did an all grain to which I added DME after the mash, and because of that I can't get all the numbers right at the same time, I have to change back and forth the DME addition to get correct numbers.
