My Name is Vic and I'm a beer-a-holic.
This is my first go at brewing. Got the True Brew Kit for my birthday. I am really getting into this new found hobby. Right now I am waiting for my first batch of Wort to cool down before adding it into the Carboi to ferment. I have started out with a Pale Ale kit. I'll be sure to let everyone know how it turned out in a month or so.
