Hello all,
  I created a new site called http://www.brewwiki.com to serve as a repository for brewing knowledge.  The concept is to create a brewer-built encyclopedia dedicated to brewing.  It is set up with WikiMedia software similar to Wikipedia, so anyone can create a login in a few minutes and then edit or add to the site as you see fit.

  It is my hope that others will join in to help author and edit new articles to make the site a truly useful resource.

Great idea!

I created entries for all the Florida homebrew clubs to get a feel for the formatting. I'll add some more content soon.

  Glad to have you onboard.  Feel free to add on - I tried to lay out a good starting structure for the Wiki.
