what does color graph mean?

red-yellow-green-yellow-red.
Maybe I'm thick-headed, but I am lousy at guessing with few clues. What is the graph trying to tell me?
 
Green is within style guidelines, yellow is borderline and red is out there.  The guides used is set in Settings.
