Lemmon Grass amount and usage

I can taste the beer a Saison with light hop with ginger and lemongrass just noticeable coming to the front at the finish.  I was planning on adding 6oz fresh grated ginger to a 5.5 gal batch in the boil at the 15 min mark.  This has dosage has worked to produce a light ginger flavor.
 
However, I have never used Lemongrass.  I have procured some fresh frozen lemongrass.  I have no clue on preparation or the dosage.  Anyone a lemongrass expert?  Looking for that light handed spice finish with this beer.
