i want to simulate a bit of the cask ale texture & aroma when i bottle my n english brown ale when i go to bottle.  is this even possible?  I want to try to carbonate via corn sugar to around 1.8 volumes or lower and drink it around 55f.  thoughts on this?  i know i won't really get the same yeasty aroma, but just curious if anyone else has done this?

thx!
