Just wanted to introduce myself I am new to brewing and am trying to read and learn. I havent brewed anything yet but I'm working on that still getting stuff together. I'm putting equipment together to do 3 gallon brews to start with. I have been playing around with the BrewSmith program and it looks like its going to be a very valuable tool. Just trying to wrap my head around the whole brewing process but am looking to start my first brew soon.
