Ok so I brewed a honey nut brown ale, all grain. I used California ale yeast from White labs. Primary fermentation started after about 6-8 hrs after pitching. It fermented good for about 4 days. After 4 days it slowed down. It began to blow off soon after, a very light colored, creamy foam that looked to be comprised of mostly yeast. I've brew about 20 beers or so and have not had this happen before. It won't stop blowing off. I took a gravity reading and the beer is at 1.010 (og 1.054) Any ideas?

That's 81% attenuation with honey in the wort, so if it tasted OK, you may be fine.  I've had some where the krausen blow-off came later, after I thought it was done.

I had some same experiences with WLP001. Heavy fermentation for the first 3 days which I interpreted as Krausen. On day 4 I understood that Krausen was only to begin;-)
