Lemon Thyme and White Sage

Does anyone know what I can substitute for Lemon Thyme and White Sage?  I am brewing the following recipe tomorrow http://blog.stonebrew.com/index.php/dogfish-head-victory-stone-saison-du-buff-homebrew-recipe/#more-3452 and am having trouble finding the lemon thyme and white sage in the Detroit, MI area. 

I was planning on using regular thyme and some lemon juice or even lemon zest.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Not sure what part of the Detroit area you're in but ive seen lemon thyme plants for sale at Bordine's Nursery at Rochester and Hamlin in Rochester Hills. Hope that helps  ;D sorry, cant help on the white sage.
