Hey everyone! Im brand spanking new to home brewing. I got a small 2 gallon kit for father's day and 2 days later im hooked. My wife and I love to try new beers so naturally this was the next step for us in expanding our sudsy horizons. Im starting with an extraction and with enough reading and trial and error i hope to move on to more advanced techniques. Any information this great community can provide is vastly appreciated.
