G'day Men,
Where can I find Flaked Maize to add to my grain bill?  Does maize adjust the amount of water in my mash?

Most brewing suppliers sell flaked corn or maize. It's a grain, should not have any effect on water other then normal absorption. Maize is very sticky, little hard to sparge in large quantity. lots of rice hulls.
