Opal-Maris Otter SMASH compilation

Another all-grain brewer and i are bringing a partial mash brewing friend of mine into the AG fold by putting our gear together to make a big 15 gal SMASH (opal and Maris otter...og should be around 55..ibu approx 42) that we will split three ways..it is so fun to use brew-day as a social gathering event.  I usually brew (and unfortunately, bottle) alone, so it is fun to do these little parties..
The BEST thing is we are all fermenting differently! this will be my first attemtpt at doing a steam beer with my share...should be yummy!
