I have just recently been able to procure a laptop dedicated to my brewing. I only have 4 brews under my belt so far, 3 extract and 1 BIAB.
My first brew was a blonde ale extract, the OG & FG were on target. The beer was just not to style, was drinkable though.
Second brew was a sweet stout, accidentally cold crashed that one to frozen. Third was an experimental Scottish 60 schilling I did in 7days. My latest brew was a BIAB blonde ale, was a little intimidated but got through it, beer was to style and enjoyable too. I am hoping that using the software and being on this forum will allow me to be a more confident brewer.
