Hi all, Im from Melbourne, Australia.
Just new to brewing  and thought i'd jump in the deep end . I'm malting atm and should be ready in 3 - 4 days .
I'm a chef by trade so this seems second nature  to me .  Hah! Famous last words .. We'll see!
 
Malting huh?  That's a bit more than I've ever even thought about doing.  Well at least more than I've seriously considered anyway.
What's next, growing the grain?

The weather should be good for fermenting without temperature control where you are right now. Good luck to you.
