Hi from Central Florida!

I am back into brewing after about 5 years.  Tried my first batch with Mr. Beer and it was not a success.  Gave it up for about five years.  Got a 5 gallon brew kit for Father's day and decided What the Hell!!!  I am waiting for my first batch to bottle condition now.  Getting ready to brew my second this weekend.  Beersmith has helped me a lot!...
