Hi there, I have been brewing on and off for over 20 years. I am on again, and getting into the mashing past year or so. Have been experimenting with IPA style but using all Australian malt and hops, especially Galaxy. Preliminary results are encouraging!!! Will post recipe down the track a bit.
Favourite Aussie beers well worth a try if you can get them: Coopers Vintage Ale, Little Creatures Pale Ale, Southwark Stout, James Squire Amber Ale. Plenty of other great micro/boutique beers out there, spoilt for choice really.
