Equipment Profile as default on Mobile 2.1

Just started using Mobile 2.1 on my Nexus 10.

According to the help/FAQs I should be able to set my newly setup equipment profile as the default for all recipes but, for the life of me, I cannot find this in the Options tab.

Where should I be looking for this option?

Hi,
  Create a new recipe - setting whatever options you want in it (equipment profile, mash profile, etc...).  Next while you still have that new recipe open for editing go to the very bottom of the editing page and click on the button "Save as Default Recipe".  That will save whatever is in the current recipe as the "default".

  After doing that the next recipe you create from scratch will use all of the settings (equipment, etc...) you set in the default.
