Fermentation, Dry Hopping and Bottling

The way BeerSmith handles Fermentation, dry hopping and bottling has always felt very awkward, to me. For starters, dry hopping is going to happen before bottling/kegging. Having the two pushed together as a single step doesn't flow very well.

I'd like the option to have more than just three fermentation steps. I'd like the option to place dry hopping into one of the fermentation steps, rather than after. In other words, could Fermentation through packaging be made as flexible as the Mash steps?
