Hi everyone
My name is Dave Schaefer i have been brewing on and off from around 1994. Started out like most with kits but moved to making up my own brews after a a year or so. Dark beer is my favorite to brew. I do how ever brew all kinds of beer and love all types of beer. Up until the past few weeks i have been brewing with a 10gal pot and 10 gal cooler. I just started the build of the electric brewery using (3) 20gal Blichmann boilermaker kettles. I cant wait to finish this build so that i can start brewing again.
