I have searched the threads and a lot if places on the web but just not finding what I'm looking for.
My question.
Is there anyone on here that does BIAB in a converted half barrel keg and uses beersmith? I have some questions about water volume and some settings. I'm not hitting my targets. I'm using the amount of water beersmith is telling me, but seems to be to much. Just not sure what to adjust to get it right.
