19th Century Whitbread Porter

Thought I might post my latest Porter recipe for comments, the Brown malt in the recipe is home roasted from ale malt, fantastic aroma from the oven and even better when the grain was crushed. Looking forward to a taste of this in a few days time.

  Let me know how this turns out - I'm a huge porter fan (may need to change the brew schedule...porter sounds good right now).
