Question on "importing" files into BeerSmith

Hello all, I have a question, maybe it's easier than I think.  I recently installed BeerSmith 2.  I also downloaded some recipes that are currently in my "download" folder, which are designated "bsmx" files.  I tried to go through the import wizard, but it is apparently not recognizing them.  I tried to rename a file to "bsm", but the wizard keeps coming back saying it cannot locate the folder "recipe.bsm".  Where am I going down the wrong path?

What if you just open them?

Umm, okay, well let's just pretend I never asked that question.  Move along people ....... nothing to see here.  ;D
