Hi all,

Just wondering what files I need to copy to a backup drive to prevent loss of data (settings, databases, recipes, reports, ...) and how I can best do this?

I use Beersmith2 under a Linux environment (Linux Mint)

Thanks for the info,

HerrUU

The slickest I've heard so far is to click on the BS2 folder, send it all to a compressed folder, and then move that ZIP file to your cloud backup solution of choice.  I use Google Drive, some use Dropbox, etc.

I just did it, and it took about three seconds to ZIP the folder and another couple seconds to move the ZIP to the Google Drive\BS2 folder, where it is syncing now to the cloud.

Save the Documents/BeerSmith2 folder for your main user - it has all of your data in it!
