Howdy, old to HB new to the Forum

Howdy, started HB'ing around '92 on and off, But I'm completely new to using the "Calculators".  I'm working out a couple of recipes w/ Beersmith2 and I must say, I was amazed at the ease and quickness I could design a totally new recipe now compared to doing everything the "old fashioned" way.  Primarily, I'll make Pale-ales, Cream Ales, an occasional Bock and the mandatory Barleywine once a year for Christmas & New Years 
 
Welcome!  I have a barleywine on my list of things to brew.  It will be my first.  Looking forward to it.
