Adding to Inventory from Shopping List

Hi All,

New to the software and getting confused. I read somewhere that to add to the inventory all I needed to do is highlight the items in the Shopping List and click the 'Add to Inventory' button.

If I do this, I get a message saying 'Following items could not be matched in Inventory. <list> Would you like to add the items that were found to Inventory'.

Fair enough - I click Yes, but nothing happens. Am I missing something here?

  They have to be an exact match between the item and the inventory item or it wont' match up.
