Adding my first recipe to BS 2.1 Mobile on my iPad. The recipe is for a chocolate stout and it uses lactose added to the boil with 15 minutes remaining. When I add lactose to the recipe it says "mash addition". How do I change this to boil so I can put when to add it in? Thanks!
