Hop steep/whirlpool temperature rest points/hops additions

Maybe to soon talk about added details to the post hop additions after the boil.  But would certainly help if we could add our own notes in the boil timer, if BS cannot be modified
to allow additional steps to be included ----such as from flame out ---insert Immersion Chiller to cool wort to say x temperature (say 170 F) add steep hops (list hops and amount) for x minutes.  At the end of first hop steep the temperature of wort needs to be determine if it needs to be chilled to the next lower post hop addition/steep (using an instance read Thermometer?).  If temperature above x (say 147 F) by many degrees +10 or more  use chiller to cool and add the next set of hops(list hops and amount) to steep for x minutes.
