Units Question

I'm in Europe and a metric man so when I import your wonderful US recipes that are usually written with imperial units why don't the misc ingredients change to metric like all the other ingredients do?
Should be expected really with such top notch software.

In fact, even if you create your own recipe, when you add a misc ingredient it's automaticaly in imperial unit. Even if your setting is in metric. I noticed it like 2 years ago, but it's not bugging me since I usualy never use the misc ingredient, but that's not a good answer
