Adding Extract Syrup to Ingredients List

I've watch the video on how to add new ingredients and am stumped as to how I add extracts to my recipe. The Muddy Pig example recipe has extracts in it but I can't figure out where BeerSmith 2 pull these extracts from?  There is no extract category and the add misc extracts doesn't seem to be what I need.

Any help would be appreciated.

Extracts are listed in the "Grains" category.  Liquid extract or a dry extract or a syrup.

Think of the "Grain" category as "Fermentables".
