Need to be able to write protect recipes

Brad,
One of the things I would really like to see is the ability to mark a recipe as "write protected". It's far too easy to accidentally modify a recipe, and if that recipe is one you have actually used to make a batch you can lose the formula for a favorite run of beer.

Thanks for some great software!
