Hello from AZ

Probably 6 or 7 months but have never posted anything on the forum. I've been trying to do my homework while I'm off work and read up on as many aspects of brewing as possible. I really want to get up to speed on yeast. Just listened to Chris White's Podcast from 2011 which I found very interesting. Had I known being good at biology could've led t ;Do such an awesome career I might have put a little more effort into it 30 years ago.  ;D
 
I have 11 pint jars of harvested yeast slurry in my refrigerator.  There are 5 different yeast strains represented.  I reuse yeast quite a bit.
