My fiancé/wife and I brew together, and we have been doing if for about a year now. We got started with a one gallon kit that we picked up at a local grocery store, enjoyed it from the start and started accumulating gear to do five gallon batches or smaller. We are currently working on some experiments dividing two gallons of wert into two one gallon carboys and then changing one aspect in each (different dry hops, bottling sugars, etc.) just to see what we like better.

Looking forward to gaining some extra knowledge and valuable insight from this forum.
