Hello all!

did a bit of searching around to see if i could find a resolution... but couldn't so now i'm trying a new topic: I've just finished brewing and fermenting 10 gal of a porter and now I want to keg 5 gal of it and secondary the rest on vanilla beans....is there a way to show this in the software or would my best bet be too just duplicate the recipe claim on the fermentation tab that only 5 gal were bottled?

Cheers

Your assumption is correct.  There is no way to represent a split batch in beersmith.  What you have proposed s how Ido it. DDuplicate the recipe and modify as needed, as if you made two different recipes.

Thanks Tom! I've only used the software a handful of times but enjoying it so far!
